Dinner Shows
Our No. 1 dinner show recommendation for November is a family-favorite in Orlando, Blue Man Group! This performance, located at Universal CityWalk, is an experience for the senses, with blue-painted men entertaining guests with a mixture of music, comedy, improvisation and the infamous splattering paint. This small, intimate theater means that everyone gets to partake in the action, and it’s the perfect addition to your Central Florida itinerary, whether or not you are staying at the Universal Orlando Resort. Blue Man Group tickets start at only $54, including a savings of 15% on premium seating, only here at!

Amway Center
The Amway Center has a jam-packed month of events, beginning with a slew of headlining concerts and acts visiting the City Beautiful in November, as Banda MS (Nov. 10), Elton John (Nov. 27) and Anuel AA (Nov. 30) will be bringing their talents to Orlando’s downtown arena. The Orlando Magic are in full swing in November as well, with teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors and New York Knicks in town, while the Orlando Solar Bears play host to four home games throughout the month, including a three-game home stand around Thanksgiving.

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts always has a diverse collection of shows playing, and November is no different, with a variety of concerts and shows taking center stage. Among those playing in the venue include: Jersey Boys (Oct. 30-Nov. 4), Ray LaMontagne: Just Passing Through (Nov. 9), Vince Gill (Nov. 10), Wait, Wait… Don’t Tell Me! (Nov. 15), In Dreams: Roy Orbison in Concert (Nov. 16), GOOGOOSH: Live In Concert (Nov. 17), Ghost: A Pale Tour Named Death (Nov. 23) and Hello, Dolly! (Nov. 27-Dec. 2).

Theme Parks
The Walt Disney World Resort will be getting into the holiday spirit in November, as the parks usher in Christmas-themed holiday special events in November. Epcot continues its International Food & Wine Festival through Nov. 12, and they are saving some of their biggest names for the final two weeks! Not only can guests go on a culinary journey through the world, but they are also treated to free concerts from artists like Boyz II Men, Taylor Dayne and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Epcot then switches gears to the Christmas season with Holidays Around the World, which begins Nov. 18. The park’s very popular holiday tradition, the Candlelight Processional, also begins Nov. 22 with three showing a night through the end of the year.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes center stage on select nights beginning Nov. 8, which gives families the chance to experience the park’s top attractions, special shows, fireworks and a parade coupled with enchanting holiday entertainment, holiday treats, special character meet-and-greets – and, of course, Santa!

This is only the beginning of the fun your family can have in Central Florida this November. The holidays can be an expensive time of year, so before you come, check out all the savings you can get here at to make your family getaway more affordable!
