No. 1 Pick

Our No. 1 recommendation for July is a family favorite in Orlando, Medieval Times. This popular dinner show set in a castle is a journey that takes your family back in time, as guests are immersed in an evening of a 11th century entertainment. Cheer on your knight through fearless sword fights, enchanting horsemanship, a jousting tournament and more, while dining on a four-course meal fit for a king or queen (or prince or princess). Best of all, your family can enjoy this dinner outing for less with discount tickets from ShowTickets.com!

Honorable Mention

The honorable mentions for July are Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba, two shows that are easily accessible if you will be visiting the local theme parks.

Located at Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort, La Nouba uses two groups of characters, the lively Cirques (circus people) and the Urbains (urbanites), to perform contemporary circus acts to dazzle crowds night after night. La Nouba is a sensory overload from beginning to end, as the current nine acts are sandwiched with performances from two clowns to keep the energy up for the entirety of the show. If you haven’t seen La Nouba in a few years, you might want to give it another try for a few reasons. Two new acts were implemented in late 2015, so almost 30% of the show is new since then! And, time is running out to see the show: La Nouba will be performing at Disney Springs for only a few more months – their last performance is in December 2017. Whether you’ve never seen it before or just want to go again before the final performance, now’s the time to see Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba.

Located at Universal CityWalk, Blue Man Group is an experience for the senses, with blue men entertaining guests with a mixture of music, comedy, improvisation and splattering paint. This small, intimate theater means that everyone gets to partake in the action, and it’s the perfect addition to your day if you plan on being at either of the Universal Orlando theme parks during the busy summer months!
